She got the La Brasiliana treatment which will make her straight for 12 to 16 weeks and will not be affected by weather, rain or temperature. No more frizzy hair days for Kate Gosselin!

Kate Gosselin did have a tummy tuck and it is no secret. The reality stay of Kate Plus 8 had a "tummy tuck" in   2004 Jon & Kate Plus 8"
